Spooky Days and Spooky Nights

Cast and production team for Spooky Nights 2006

Once again, Croxteth Hall's annual Spooky Nights was a sell out event with over a thousand people enjoying a tour of the historic Hall. This year, the audience were treated to a production and original script by Breaking Free Productions, Headless Horseman Rides by Eric and Ronnie Wheeler and a Children's Disco in the café courtyard by Ian Wilson, plus a Spooky menu in the Café by Myerscough College.

The nights were a huge success. Spooky Nights this year focused on characters, both staff and visitors, from Croxteth Hall's long and interesting past. The audience were able to meet such legends as Errol Flynn and Sophie Tucker, 2 famous visitors to the Hall in the 1950s.

Here are a some comments received from visitors to Spooky Nights:

"Brilliant, second to none!"  D Fallon

"Frighteningly Fantastic"  T Evans

"Brilliant, funniest thing I'd seen - anything that makes a 78 year old scream is great by me!"  R Ward

"Excellent, Best ever!!"  C Jago

Special thanks to Emily Cooper, Emma Wilson and the cast of Breaking Free Productions. Large (800x600) picture of cast and crew
