A documentary film contrasting the life of Raymond Lempereur, Chef to the last Earl of Sefton for 24 years with that of the Molyneux family (Lord Sefton). A tale of two nations, two cities, two families, two classes, revolution, food, fire and fate. Event supported by Arts & Business and Souled Out Films.
M and Mmme Lempereur will be attending this special Bastille day showing of the film, and there will be an opportunity for you to have a chat and question them about their life and work here at Croxteth and before.
There will also be an opportunity for you to purchase the accompanying book 'From Avignon to Croxteth' and have Raymond sign it for you.
