254 runners enjoyed a brand new course

The new 10k course layout for this 'Legends 10k race' meant runners covered the whole 10k distance in a single lap. This brand new measured route took runners through varied surrounds of woodlands, farm fields and of course the lawns and estate roads around the Hall, with the imposing Hall itself forming a spectacular backdrop to the start and finish line.

An impressive field of 245 runners enjoyed the challenges of the new course, with lots of positive feedback being received. The winning time was an impressive 31 minutes and 33 seconds from Jonny Mellor of Liverpool Harriers.
