Santa has arrived!
Children will be entranced to meet Father Christmas and some of his helpers in his log cabin, specially made for the event. Santa will be with us daily from November 25 all through December right up until Christmas Eve when he has to leave for more important work!!
Having met Santa children will (presuming they've been good!) each receive a present appropriate to their age and have a photograph taken with Santa or his helper.
Santa's grotto is open every day until Christmas Eve between 9.30am and 4.00pm (3.30 Saturdays and Sundays). Last admission on Christmas Eve is 2.30pm as Santa has to leave us early! £7.00 per child (includes a quality gift and photograph with Santa or helper) and £1.50 for adults which includes Home Farm admission - so you will be also be able to see all the rare breed farm animals and a life size Nativity scene.
Helpful hints for parents - Saturdays and weekdays are by far the quieter times on the farm, so it will be much easier to get to see Santa.
The farm is mainly outdoors and can get cold for younger children. Wrap up warm for your Christmas visit.
Don't forget our Sunday Christmas Markets in the busy run up to Christmas. Held in the rooms around Croxteth Hall on Sundays 21 and 28 November and Sundays 5 and 12 December they give you a fantastic opportunity to browse for unusual last minute gifts. The Friends of Croxteth Hall and Country Park are hosting their annual Carol Concert on Sunday 12 December as well - what a great opportunity to really get into the festive spirit! All the details can be found on our December events page.
