As part of the 200th birthday celebrations of Charles Darwin, the Questioning evolution? Evolving answers! exhibition is coming to Croxteth.
We are proud to be the first venue in 2010 to host this exhibition, which will be displayed in the Peach House of the Walled Garden, between Thursday 7 January and Tuesday 2 February 2010. The Peach House will be open between 9.30am - 12.00 noon and 1.00pm to 3.30pm on those days.
Aimed at families, the exhibition will help 'young scientists' find out how evolution makes the most of simple systems to produce the huge diversity of plants in nature, and how scientists are using their understanding of these systems to help improve our food.
This exhibition is supported by the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council.
