River Alt Trail Guide (suggested time - allow about 1 hour)   40p
A full colour leaflet all about the wildlife, habitats and heritage to be seen on Merseyside's second most important river. Used with the marked River Alt Trail.

A simple colour map/ aerial photograph of the inner part of the Park, showing the main facilities. Very useful to help plan your day and to have copies to give to your group helpers.

Tree Trail (suggested time - allow 45 mins to an hour)      40p
Information about the trees to be seen on the Tree Trail route (short circular walk around the front lawn of Croxteth Hall) including a 'Tree' word search with 27 words associated with trees and seeds - all of which can be seen in the Country Park.

Sheet introducing aspects of map reading (grid references, compass points, scale etc), including a simple map worksheet for children to complete as they follow the route arond the front lawn. You will also require your own clipboards and pencils. (Clipboards and pencils can be borrowed from us if booked in advance. We ask for a £5.00 deposit on a set of 30. Availability is limited)
