Come and visit our Country Park - space to play and learn!
The Country Park is the biggest in Liverpool, over 500 acres (200ha) of pasture, gardens and woodland providing a rich tapestry of flora and fauna.
We use this variety of habitats to develop a range of educational topics suitable for all ages. Using one of our Country Park trails, look at the features such as the ponds and ice-house, or explore our wildlife habitats. Our secluded woodland glades and seasonal trails make a superb setting for storytelling.
Learn about environmental issues on a field visit and aspects of environmental conservation, leisure and tourism. Use the Park to promote healthy living - take a break and make use of our new play equipment (see below).
Available: All year, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Education admission charges: Free (except guided visits and printed resources).
